1. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the fact that the products sold on the website are digital and customized for the customer after payment, it is not possible to return or cancel the transaction after the purchase is completed and the file is received.
2. Corrections
If there is an error in the order or the file, the company will make corrections according to the following policy:
- The first correction is made at no cost.
- Additional corrections will be made at the same price as the original, depending on the size of the image.

6. Printing by Third Parties
The company is not responsible for any damage caused by a third party or print shop chosen by the customer to print the file.
